The Construction Division is responsible for the construction of in-houseprojects, including those of our subsidiary and associate companies.
The division has an excellent track record of adherence to specifications,build quality and timely delivery, due in part to our extensive and long-established network of suppliers, specialist contractors, sub-contractors, professional service providers and consultants.
The Construction Division is currently expanding and the group has set up a Bumiputera Class A contracting subsidiary, Tiya Bina Sdn Bhd, which is actively bidding for civil infrastructure and building construction projects at Federal and State levels.
Tiya Bina Sdn bhd was set up as Bumiputra company to bid and undertake government projects under Tiya Group Of Companies.
The company has been granted the following licenses to undertake projects in Malaysia.
Construction industry Development Board (CIDB) for category G7
Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor Kelas A
Unit Pendaftaran kontraktor dan juruperunding kelas A
