Mr. Ali Farookh Rizvi gained valuable experience in Pakistan with his family business that was in the service sector providing licensed Security Services, the pre shipment Inspection and quality control of Goods representing leading international companies in Pakistan. In addition, Mr. Rizvi is also involved in various industries such as air cargo, commodities trading and consultancy and was the key figure and driving force behind expanding the family business to the Southeast Asia region.
Mr. Rizvi has been active in building, construction, cost evaluation and contract management, managing the financial aspects of real estate and construction projects, identifying new business opportunities, structuring them and implementing them. The Group has seen investments in the service sectors by providing Executive Limousines and Taxis in Kuala Lumpur, Production of UAVs and its components with IPs in the Technology sectors, and Investment Mobile Value-added Services company in the Telecom Sector.
He received his Executive Management Training with CMSB, a diversified conglomerate in Sarawak for 4 years, gaining valuable experience in its Corporate Finance Division, Stockbroking Arm K&N Kenanga and CMS Concrete Products.
Mr. Rizvi oversees all financial aspects of the Group, including resource allocation, financial planning, financial operations, and administration. His principal tasks include identifying sound investments, gathering, analyzing and interpreting market information, developing and implementing new business opportunities.
He holds a degree in Bachelors of Science, Finance, from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States.
En Abdul Rahim has extensive business experience and a broad personal business network in Kuala Lumpur and West Malaysia. He has wide experience of the retail sector, operating a Habib Jewels franchise in Kuala Lumpur, and was the principal figure behind a Malaysian-Pakistani agro commodity export and import Trading Business. In charge of overall administration and management of the Group, Encik Rahim conducts the day-to-day running of the business as well as developing the necessary tools for sales and marketing of upcoming projects. His responsibilities include pre-construction services, design/development support, and dealing with project management issues including budgeting, scheduling and progress monitoring.
Mr Rahim is the Managing Director of Tiya Bina Sdn Bhd, the Group’s Construction arm. From the companies humble beginnings as a CIDB G6 License holder, Encik Rahim has ensured that all successfully bid and undertaken government projects have been timely delivered back to the client, led the company to a Management and financial Stronghold to upgrade to CIDB’s highests G7 category and embark and deliver projects worth over RM300 Milllion.
Encik Rahim, holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Institute of Technology Tun Abdul Razak and has attended business and construction industry short courses, seminars & CIDB qualification programs.
