Farookh Hamid Rizvi

 Dato’
Farookh is a businessman and was the Honorary Consul
General of Malaysia in Karachi, Pakistan until he
honourably retired from service in March 2004. He
is the Chairman of the Board and the founder Director
of Tiya Properties Sdn Bhd. He will be the key figure
to nurturing, growth and maturing of Tiya Group.
His 34 years’ business experience in Malaysia, Pakistan,
United States and South Asian countries contribute
greatly to Tiya Properties with him moulding the
missions and strategies in attaining the objectives
and visions of the company. Under his leadership,
sustainable healthy growth of the company is ensured.
He is a most respectable captain of the industries
(Security Management and Consultancy, Pre-shipment
Inspection and Quality Control and Airline Cargo)
that his companies are involved in his home country,
Pakistan. Dato’ Farookh has 34 years’ experience
with Malaysian businesses and is well respected
by both Malaysia and Pakistani Government. He was
awarded the “D.P.M.P.” which carries the title of
Dato in 1996 by the Sultan of Perak for his contributions
to this region. |

 Mr.
Ali Rizvi was trained in Bachelor of Science (Finance)
from the premier American Finance Institution, Bentley
College. Mr Rizvi was engaged with his parent company,
Inspectorate Pakistan Private Limited, Pakistan,
since the age of 12 with exposure to all aspects
of the trading business. Mr. Rizvi has assisted
his father to establish his family companies as
the leading Pakistan agro produce exporters, airline
cargo agency, security management and consultancy.
Mr. Rizvi was the key figure to bring the family
business to this region under his father, Dato’
Farookh’s leadership.
Mr. Rizvi oversees the financial aspect of Tiya
Properties. His proficiency in resource allocation,
financial planning, financial operations and administration,
identification and implementation of the strategies
in line with the corporate objectives will ensure
the sustainable growth of the company. He has been
exposed to building construction, cost evaluation
and contract management both in United States and
Pakistan. Through his experience in his earlier
engagements, he learnt to manage the financial aspects
of real estate and construction projects. His earlier
professional experience have seen him identifying
right new business opportunities, structuring them
and implementing them. He will be instrumental in
identifying sound investment, gathering, analyzing
and interpreting market information and developing
sound business implementation proposal with realistic
projections. He has worked with the CMS Group in
Sarawak Malaysia for 4 years in which he was exposed
to various divisions of the conglomerate such as
their investment holding company, CMSB, stock broking
company, K & N Kenanga (previously known as
Sarawak Securities) and more recently attached to
CMS Concrete Products in the capacity of a Financial
Controller/Accounts Executive, running the day to
day operations with regard to the financial aspect
of the company. |

Rahim Bin Gulzar Mohamad

 Encik
Rahim holds a Diploma in Business Administration
from Institute of Technology Tun Abdul Razak. Encik
Rahim has good business acumen with extensive business
networking especially in Klang Valley and Federal
Territory. He had also runned on his own capacity
a Habib Jewels Franchise in Klang Valley and is
the main corporate figure behind Malpak Alliance
which is a Malaysian-Pakistani agro commodity exporter
and importer. He is currently involved in the day
to day running of Tiya Properties and developing
the necessary tools for sales and marketing for
their upcoming project. |
