| Our key management principles are
based on tested corporate philosophies of our Chairman,
Dato’ Farookh Rizvi. The company is run by a well
defined vision, committed mission, realistic goals,
dynamic strategies and practical policies. We have
a prudent yet dynamic team led by a vibrant Executive
Director with corporate governance principles prudently
laid by the Board of Directors. |

| Our present operations (and those
of our related companies) are basically categorized
into the following divisions: |

| Property Development Division
- we develop all category of commercial and residential
housing ranging from medium cost to high cost landed
housing, condominium and apartment development to
township development. The division will undertake
all the development aspects of the projects, while
the construction for the projects will be undertaken
by our Contract/Construction Division. |

| Contract/Construction Division
- our builder arm. Besides housing construction,
we undertake infrastructure, school and institutional
construction projects. We have extensive and long
term networking with a number of well established
suppliers, specialist contractors and sub-contractors
of all levels. |

| Corporate Development Division
- This division leads in the marketing functions
of all the projects and promotions of the corporate
goals and images of the company. The Division also
gather, analyse and interpret the latest and historical
market information to give rise to latest business
implementation proposals and strategies. |
